narrative coaching
Every director knows: the same scene tells a completely different story depending on perspective, framing, and editing. Narrative Coaching works the same way – we don’t change the facts. We change the frame.
My background is in psychology — I started at the Sorbonne in Paris and later graduated from the University of Exeter. I am also a certified systemic coach. I have worked as a facilitator, coach and creative team leader partnering with international organisations across different countries and industries.
The stories we tell ourselves shape our beliefs, behaviours, and choices. Together, my clients and I examine these stories, identify which ones are limiting, and reframe or rewrite them.
Psychology gave me the theory. Filmmaking made it second nature.
MY APPROACH
My approach is rooted in narrative eco-coaching.
Eco-Coaching works with the idea that each of us has a unique place in a larger whole — just as every living being plays its role in an ecosystem. When people find their place in the wider system — whether that’s a team, a family, an organisation, or society at large — something shifts: more clarity, creative flow, and a sense of genuine purpose.
I work with individuals through one-on-one coaching and with teams and organisations through tailored workshop formats. Helping people reconnect with their own creativity and finding their way back into flow is at the heart of what I do — alongside career transitions, conflict resolution, mental health at work, personal and professional growth.
Whatever the brief, the work always begins with a simple shift: a new perspective on an old story.
My clients include: EINS, Google, Labo M GmbH, NIKE, re:publica, Tertia, TOP:Talente.
